When reading an article, be sure to check out any extras on the CD.Specials this month include an exclusive preview of Nightlong, prepared especially for Amiga Active. DemosRead the Demos feature and then "Judge for yourself". This section is a must for all fans of things whirling, spinning and flashing.GamesPlenty of games for all tastes, from a fast shoot 'em up to a sedate game of patience. Shapeshifter and Fusion users should check out the Mac compatibility list in the Resources drawer.GraphicsPlugins for ImageFX, the PhotoFolio image cataloguing system and some more anims to use with the Movie Players feature are just some of the things you'll find in this month's Graphics drawerHardwareScanner software, from basic drivers to colour correction software. The Resources drawer contains several hardware guides.OnlineWe have new versions of AmIRC, AmTelnet and mFTP. You can also find the PostScript font files needed by IBrowse 2.1. We also have the Myzar GUI, so everyone can now join the Amiga RC5 team and help promote the Amiga name.This section also contains a searchable Aminet index. The next time you need to search for an archive on Aminet, don't run up your phone bill searching online. Search the index offline and only go online when you have found what you want. SoundIf you like mods, this is the only place to go. We also have new versions of MPEGA and Play16, probably the two most popular sound players. If you want to make music, have a look as Audio Evolution and 303 Tracker.UtilitiesSomething for everyone in here, a varied collection of utilities, including datatypes and Directory OpusHave a look at the new SimpleFind, ideal for tracking down that file that you know ius somewhere on your hard drive, but you just don't know where.
